We may collect limited information necessary to operate the Service, including identifiers such as Telegram user ID, username, wallet address, API credentials, technical logs, IP address, device and browser information, and task-related metadata. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data.

Tasks, messages, files, and other content submitted through the Platform are user-generated. OpenHumancy does not verify, moderate, or validate such content and assumes no responsibility for its legality, accuracy, or compliance.

Information is used solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, enable task interactions, provide support, prevent abuse, and ensure technical functionality. OpenHumancy does not sell personal data.

Where required by law, OpenHumancy processes information based on legitimate interests in operating the Platform, user consent, or compliance with legal obligations.

Data may be shared between users as necessary to complete tasks, with infrastructure and hosting providers required to operate the Service, or when required by law. OpenHumancy is not responsible for how users further process shared data.

Some interactions may involve public blockchain networks. Blockchain data is public, immutable, and outside OpenHumancy’s control. OpenHumancy cannot modify or delete blockchain records.

The Platform integrates with third-party services such as Telegram, blockchain networks, and infrastructure providers. Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies, and OpenHumancy is not responsible for their actions.

OpenHumancy has no obligation to monitor, review, or investigate user data, tasks, or communications. The absence of monitoring does not constitute approval or endorsement of any activity.

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to operate the Service or comply with legal obligations. OpenHumancy may delete data at its discretion, except for blockchain data which cannot be removed.
